The "Belles" of Saint Patricks

In November 2007, Saint Patrick's Church was gifted with two octaves of Malmark handbells through the generosity of its parishioners. The inside handle of each handbell is inscribed with the memorial or dedication requested by the donor. Click here to see the list of our Handbell Inscriptions.

The Handbell Choir meets Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Many are suprised to learn that the ability to read music is not initially required to be part of the bell choir. However, members are taught to read music as part of their experience. As the group's musical competence increases, a new group of "beginning" (non-music-reading) ringers will be formed. As we are still a new group, there are still slots available for interested non-readers.
