Baptism
Baptism is usually celebrated on the last Sunday of the month during the 11 am
Sunday Mass; however, during the COVID pandemic Baptism is being celebrated
privately by appointment. Expectant and new parents are asked to participate in a
Baptismal Preparation class prior to baptizing their first child in the parish.
Confirmation
Confirmation is ordinarily celebrated annually during Mass - typically at 5:30 pm
Mass on the Vigil of Pentecost. Candidates must complete a two-year preparation
program and be at least 12 years old or in the sixth grade.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)
Anyone interested in becoming a Catholic becomes part of this process, as does
any baptized Catholic who has not received all of the initiation sacraments:
Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation.
Congratulations! Couples contemplating marriage are asked to contact the parish
office at least six months before so that the appropriate preparations can be made for this special celebration.
Communion to the Homebound
Communion is brought weekly to the homebound by lay Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
Ministry to the Sick
The Anointing of the Sick is for the comfort and strength of those who are ill. When there is a need, please call the parish office.
Dedicated to hearing, learning and sharing the good news of God's word.
